A Fun Tag – I Mustache You Some Questions

mustache

I was tagged by my pal Mary over at BookHounds and though this sounded like fun…so here goes!

Four jobs I’ve had:
1. Soccer Linesman
2. Fast Food (love me some Whataburger!)
3. Financial Analyst
4. Bond Trader

Four movies I have watched more than once:

1. Toy Story (1, 2 and 3!) – really almost all the animated movies
2. Dead Again
3. The Blind Side
4. Fireproof

Four books I would recommend:

1. This trilogy by Jeffrey Archer – Kane & Abel, The Prodigal Daughter and Shall We Tell the President
2. Anything by Sidney Sheldon
3. Any of the books by Bette Lee Crosby – and many of the books intertwine or reference other characters…AND I am a minor character in Jubilee’s Journey!
4. The Bombay Assassins series by Leslie Langtry – these book make me laugh all the time!

Four places I have visited:
1.  Paris – it was a whirlwind trip but the view from the Arc d’ Triumphe was amazing!
2. Hawaii – Kauai is my favorite island and I think I have been to them all
3. Alaska – oh my, so beautiful!
4. San Francisco – colder than you would think

Four places I would rather be right now:
1. Hawaii – preferably Kauai
2. A beach anywhere (well almost anywhere)
3. Relaxing on a cruise ship (on the deck) reading a book
4. Scrapbooking or making cards with my Scrappy Bunch

Four things I don’t eat:
1. Seafood – the smell alone….
2. Potatoes (baked or mashed) – it is a texture thing.  But give me a baked sweet potato and I am all over that.
3. Raw mushrooms – discovered I recently don’t mind sauteed mushrooms but in small quantities
4. I’m sure there is a fourth one but drawing a blank right now.  I guess escargot since that doesn’t really fit into the seafood category.  They just sound slimy.

Four of my favorite foods:
1. Dark Chocolate – especially if it has mint or a fruit flavor in it.
2. Fresh Fruit – I make a delicious fruit salad with kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries….I’m ready for summer and fruit season
3. Mexican food – especially enchiladas, quesadillas and a good taco or tortilla soup.
4. Fresh vegetables – especially a nice salad loaded with fresh veggies.  mmmmm

Four TV shows that I watch:
1. Castle
2.Big Bang Theory
3. CSI – only the original
4. NCIS

Four things I am looking forward to this year (2015):
1. Getting my real estate license (gotta finish the classes)
2. Trying to read more – ever since I was laid off my reading time has declined.  I know that sounds strange but I don’t have the commute time to read anymore.
3. Hopefully going to Boston for my sorority’s National Convention (Alpha Xi Delta)
4. Hopefully attending the RT Booklovers convention in May since it is local to me this  year.

Four things I’m always saying:
1.  You just never know
2. Hey pretty girl (to my dog April)
3. Hey smart baby (to my dog Gracie)
4. Do you want to go outside?  (to the dogs…yes I talk to them a lot)

Four people I tag:

Actually I tag everyone!  If you do this, post in the comments and let me know and I will add the link to your page.

Love this Leslie! I forgot to put mushrooms on my list. I eat them when they are stuffed with crab, so I can’t really list them.
