The main takeaway for you is that manifestation can help provide the fortitude and mindset you need to combat and prevent a wide range of ailments. While I cannot promise a guaranteed cure—and traditional and alternative medical treatments are often essential and life-saving— manifestation serves as a powerful supplemental weapon for battling a temporary minor injury, chronic pain, autoimmune issues, an incapacitating and/or life-threatening disease, and even psychological and emotional trauma.

The techniques I provide in this chapter will give you a fighting chance against whatever ailment you might be experiencing. I’ll first illustrate how being strong and adopting the right mindset helped me get through my own personal health crisis.

Manifest Health

Here’s a list of affirmations to help you manifest health:

I am healthy, I am healed, I am strong.
I can heal myself.
My organs are all in perfect order.

I believe in perfect timing.

I thank this lesson.

I forgive myself.

I will not allow my life to be controlled by this disease.

I count my blessings.
I live in the moment.
I command my body to heal.
I am in charge of changing my patterns. I won’t let fear control me.

I am loving my body.

There is perfect energy flowing through my veins. I believe in miracles.
I am rejuvenating the cells in my body.
My brain is receiving only positive commands.

I am recovering from disease. I am patient.

Healing Time Machine Exercise

Welcome to the Healing Time Machine! This is another manifestation exercise that is as easy as 1-2-3. To gain the full benefit, all you need to do is establish a practice regimen of two to five minutes three times per day—fifteen minutes max total—for at least three months.

Step 1

Find a peaceful, quiet spot where you won’t be interrupted. You can sit in a chair or recline on a bed or couch, whichever is more convenient and comfortable.

Once you are situated, close your eyes. Take three deep breaths in and out to ensure you are relaxed and your mind isn’t wandering. Visualize a large Healing Time Machine device in front of you. The exterior should be silver, with doors that slide open like an elevator. Imagine that you are entering the Time Machine, allowing the doors to close behind you. Picture a red button in front of you. It must be red, as this color symbolizes an emergency signal.

Step 2

Think of three conditions—physical, emotional, or psychological—related to your health that you would like to heal and/or safeguard. The words you select may be any combination of three, such as arthritis, insecurity, and weight loss. Although you may have more than three things that require attention, it’s crucial that you limit your choices to only three. Go with the problems that are bothering you the most and harming your quality of life. If you have any difficulty narrowing them down, the simplest thing to do is choose broad areas rather than target a specific malady. For example, if you have migraines, psoriasis, neck pain, and back pain, you could condense the last two as follows: migraines, psoriasis, and spinal pain. No matter which three words you choose, the lettering must appear in your mind in red, the exact same color as the button.

Remember, you must stick to the same three words for three months without any variation. After this time frame ends, you may change around the three words.

Step 3

Imagine that you are pressing the red button. Now visualize a blast of white light flooding the Time Machine.

The light penetrates your entire body and zaps you: your skin, your blood, your bones, your organs, and your muscles. Know with certainty that you have activated the chamber and it is healing you. Count to three with long, slow breaths: 1…2…3. As you open your eyes, express gratitude to the universe for healing you.
